R&B singer, R. Kelly Chicago concert was cancelled.. The singer headed to church… and Pastor, Gospel singer Deitrick Haddon offers him words of encouragement and prayer.
The cancellation came as the #MuteRKelly campaign continued its efforts to keep the singers music off the radio, and concert goers from seeing him perform, due to ongoing rumors about sexual misconduct.
Kelly posted a photo on his Instagram account Sunday, with a woman whom he calls his second mom, sharing that he surprised her at church on Sunday in his hometown of Chicago. The woman in the picture is one of the best music teachers around, Dr. McLea
Pastor, and Gospel music artist, Deitrick Haddon commented under the post to let Kelly know he was praying for him, and offered the embattled singer some words of encouragement.
