Welcome to the Christmas season with new music from CeCe Winans. Arriving in stores and online on October 19, is Winans brand new Christmas record. Something’s Happening – A Christmas Album features new songs and familiar standards.
The album’s producer, Alvin Love III, won a Grammy and Dove Award for his work on CeCe’s most recent multiple award-winning album, Let Them Fall In Love. Love is known for seamlessly meshing musical styles that have multi-generational appeal and his signature sound is showcased on Something’s Happening – A Christmas Album with CeCe’s pristine vocals surrounded by lush orchestral arrangements.
Fans will be able to experience the music live beginning in November when CeCe embarks on her Christmas tour of symphony centers.
Winans has released a slew of duo and solo albums that crossed genres and boundaries and influenced a generation of gospel and secular vocalists. Her mantel today holds a staggering ten GRAMMY Awards, 20 Dove Awards, and seven Stellar Awards.
