Top tennis player and new mother, Serena Williams, kicked off the first of October — otherwise known as the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month — by posting a music video on Instagram. The real kicker though? She sang “I Touch Myself” by the Divinyls without a shirt on.
This was to promote early detection of breast cancer, a vital part of successful treatment against the disease.
“Yes, this put me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do it because it’s an issue that affects all women of all colors, all around the world,” Williams captioned her post.
