Donald Trump gets sweet revenge on Ted Cruz today in Texas:

On Monday night in Houston, Donald Trump will dunk on Ted Cruz one last time.

Trump will travel to Texas to hold a massive get-out-the-vote rally for Cruz in the final days of a closer-than-expected race against Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D).
For Cruz, the rally is borne of necessity — polling shows him with a mid-to-upper single digit lead over O’Rourke, but the incumbent badly needs an energized Republican base in order to ensure victory. And no one rallies the Republican base like President Trump.

For Trump, it’s the latest example of a former political foe — and one who he attacked (and was attacked by) fiercely — seeking to make peace, with an acknowledgment that, well, standing against him just wasn’t worth it.

Man launches into racist rant on Ryanair plane — but keeps his seat:

A European airline is being criticized after a passenger made racist remarks about another passenger that were caught on video.

A crew member of the Ryanair flight from Barcelona, Spain, to London intervened, but the flight took off on Friday with at least one passenger wanting the unidentified man who made the remarks to be booted off the flight.
In the footage, a man in a window seat was heard saying he refused to sit next to an elderly woman seated in an aisle seat. The man hurled insults at the woman and called her an “ugly black bastard” before the flight took off, according to a cell phone video recorded by London-based musician David Lawrence.

Actress Selma Blair reveals she has multiple sclerosis:

Television and film actress Selma Blair announced that she has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

In an Instagram post Saturday, the “Cruel Intentions” actress revealed she was diagnosed in August, and is facing the effects of the disease everyday.
“I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things,” she posted. ” My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken gps. But we are doing it. And I laugh and I don’t know exactly what I will do precisely but I will do my best.”
Multiple sclerosis is a neurological disease that occurs when there’s a breakdown in communication between the brain and other parts of the body, according to the National Institutes of Health. Symptoms include blurred vision, and difficulty with coordination and balance.
Multiple sclerosis affects 400,000 people in the United States and 2.1 million people worldwide, the NIH says.

Biden takes swipe at Trump in Nevada: ‘It’s all about Donald’:

Former Vice President Joe Biden took a swipe Saturday at President Donald Trump as the former vice president rallied Democrats in Las Vegas shortly before the President was set to hold a rally of his own a few hundred miles north of here in Elko.

Rallying Democrats and union workers at an early vote rally, Biden said American values “are being shredded.”
“They’re being shredded by a President who’s all about himself. It’s all about Donald. It’s not about anything else,” Biden said at the Culinary Workers Union Local 226.
A short time later in Elko, Trump fired off his own attack at the former vice presiden

For stars, Super Bowl performances might not be worth the headaches:

The Super Bowl halftime show was originally seen as a clever way to capitalize upon the world’s biggest TV stage. For the NFL, it offered the chance to retain more of the game’s audience during the extended break, and maybe increase tune-in among younger viewers. For artists, it was a massive promotional opportunity. Win-win.

Now, however, the halftime follies have become something of a hot potato — riven by political polarization, past controversies and newer ones, including the league’s stance toward quarterback Colin Kaepernick, whose decision to kneel during the National Anthem has effectively ended — at least for now — his gridiron ca
