Potential patients are encouraged to call (216) 368-6800 or (216) 368-8730 to set up an appointment.

Monday and Tuesday, Case Western Reserve University will offer free and discounted dental care as part of its bi-annual “Admitting Days” event.

The dental school’s clinic (at 2124 Cornell Road) will offer services to patients who sign up for a comprehensive care treatment plan. Anyone who is at least 18 years old who has not previously enrolled as a patient at the clinic can get a free dental exam, free x-rays, and discounted cleaning along with a $100 voucher for future services.

More than 200 patients came to the last event in September of 2018, according to admitting clinic director Dr. Ali Syed. The exams and procedures are performed by third and fourth-year students.

“We want to continue to enhance access to dental care, and this will provide the community with more flexibility and the opportunity to improve oral health,” Syed said.

Admitting Day visits are by appointment only, and will take place at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Potential patients are encouraged to call (216) 368-6800 or (216) 368-8730.
