Ayesha Curry says pregnancy took an unexpected toll on her body, and in a new interview with Working Mother, the wife of NBA star Steph Curry gets candid about undergoing plastic surgery amid her battle with postpartum depression.
Curry, 30, who welcomed her second daughter, Ryan, in 2015, admits she “didn’t realize at the time, but after having Ryan, I was battling a bit of postpartum that lingered for a while,” she told the magazine.
“It came in the form of me being depressed about my body,” she said. “So I made a rash decision,” but the procedure didn’t go how she thought it would.
