The National Weather Service of Cleveland is warning drivers on the roadways to be mindful of sun glares that can contribute to an uptick in car-related crashes.
According to the National Weather Service, during the fall equinox, the sun rises and sets immediately east and west, which can leave motorist blinded by the light.
