Attending a college football game over the weekend gymnast Simone Biles was offended by a banner that was hung from a window  at the Psi Upsilon fraternity.

It reference disgraced USA Gymnastics doctor and former Michigan State University assistant professor Larry Nasser who is in jail serving a life sentence.
