14 Ways To Boost Your Energy

You shouldn’t be feeling exhausted every day. The truth is that our habits and and environment zap our energy and leave us feeling tired on a daily basis. Here’s some ways you can increase your energy levels.

1. Exercise

Working out at least 30 minutes every day can help you sleep more deeply by activating sleep-producing cells in the brain. Be careful though, exercise can boost your energy and cause difficulty getting to sleep. Make sure you don’t work out right before bedtime.

2. Make Your Bedroom Pitch Black

Light tells your body “It’s time to wake up!” Even something as tiny as a night light or bathroom light can disrupt your body’s natural sleep cycle.

3. Drink Water

Dehydration can leave you not only feeling fatigued but also cause constipation; rough, dry skin; dry tongue, lips and mucous membranes; dark, strong-smelling urine; thirst and weakness. Make sure you get in your eight 8-ounce glasses a day.
