Egypt — Reports are emerging out of Egypt that President Mubarak has officially stepped down after an 18-day wave of protests.

Vice President Omar Suleiman broke the news this morning as several thousand protesters broke out into cheers and tears savoring the news.

Mubarak has turned over all power to the military, according to Suleiman.
