The award monitors all 214 law schools across the country and converts their minority outreach efforts into a numerical scale.
Cleveland-Marshall beat University of California Davis and Wake Forest University, among other finalists, to snag the award.
“This really is an incredible honor,” Christopher Lucak, Cleveland-Marshall’s assistant dean of admission and financial aid, said. “This institution is serious about multiculturalism, about diversity, about being representative of our community.”
