FRIDAY: Windy with winter storm conditions.  Additional snowfall of 2″-5″ is likely.  Heaviest snow in the morning and across the northern tier. Wind: West at 15-25 with gusts to 35 mph.

TONIGHT: Still a risk of light snow. Low: Low 30s.  Wind: West at 10 – 20+ mph.

SATURDAY: Windy with a light wintry mix of rain, snow, and sleet.  Some sunny breaks possible later in the afternoon.  High: Around 40.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 10 PM for all but the far western counties of the viewing area.  The snow will be heavy at times throughout this morning and several quick inches of additional accumulation is likely.  This system will move very slowly to the Northeast later today.  Windy conditions and the wet snow could lead to power outages.
