NewsChannel 5 has learned that Cleveland Councilman Zack Reed was arrested early Tuesday morning.
Cleveland police said the Ward 2 councilman was stopped at East 9th and Rockwell around 2 a.m.
Reed was still in jail a few hours later. No word on any charges at this time.
