Another round of snow will affect all of northern Ohio early Tuesday morning setting up the chances for a rough morning commute.

An Alberta Clipper system will bring a general 1 to 3 inches of snow to all of the area before lake effect snow kicks in for the primary snowbelt of Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula Counties on Tuesday evening.

Here’s the latest from the National Weather Service.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for all of northern Ohio from 3 am to noon Tuesday.

* Timing…Snow will develop overnight…With 1 to 2 inches of snow expected by daybreak. Some of the heaviest snow is expected to occur during the morning commute.

* Main impact…Snow combined with winds of 20 to 30 mph will produce blowing snow which will reduce visibilities and create hazardous driving conditions.

* Winds…West 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 mph.
