But this year, Butterball is trying something new.
For those tech-savvy cookers in the kitchen you can now send in a text with your question, instead of calling. The Talk-Line has also embraced Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, live chat and email to help every cook get the information they need, when they need it.
The turkey-hotline started taking questions on Nov. 17 and runs through Thanksgiving Day.
The most-asked question? “How long does it take to thaw the turkey?”
