New gospel songs this week (October 25) are a mix of classic and contemporary sound, with new Christian R&B.
Woman Evolve Worship and Naomi Raine released a collaborative song called “Another Surrender,” speaking to letting go and laying down things that need to be surrendered to God. Woman Evolve is a movement created by Sarah Jakes Roberts. With annual conferences and exclusive music releases – the first being “On Time God” with Abbie Gamboa and Chandler Moore last year – “Another Surrender” comes as a refreshing cry out to being made new. A true piece of evolution.
Eris Ford and CèJae join together for a vibey Christian R&B song called “You.”
One House and Travis Greene tapped Rose Meregini for a live version of “Redeemer.”
Yung Kriss and Mike Teezy proclaim their “faith walk” in a track titled the same.
You may have already heard Enrique Holmes‘ “Who Can Stand” song with Tasha Cobbs, but today they released a live version, officially. It comes on the heels of the release of his live album, “You’re Gonna See It (Live),” an album in which he’s hosting a release concert for tonight in Atlanta! The title track, “You’re Gonna See It,” features Kelontae Gavin.
Juanita Bynum returns with a traditional gospel sound in a new song called “Hide Me.”
‘Tis the season for holiday music. Thanksgiving and Christmas is upon us and Jonathan McReynolds is ushering it in with a new track called “Red and Green.” Earlier this week he announced that the release would be a part of a Christmas album he’s dropping this year. Fans will get to hear it live on his Christmas tour, too!
