If anyone could make eating a 100% plant-based diet for three weeks sound easy and exciting, it would of course be Beyonce. Queen Bey recently announced not-so-surprisingly on Good Morning America that she’s vegan, which goes along with her partnership with trainer and exercise physiologist Marco Borges, 22 Days Nutrition, a plant-based home delivery meal service.

The superstar recently admitted that she lost over 65 lbs due to the diet and showed off her new body at the 2015 MET gala. “After having my daughter, I made a conscious effort to regain control of my health and my body,” Beyonce stated. “But I didn’t want to do a crash diet. I was a mom now. I needed to change my ways and set an example for my child.”
