- 1 oz lemon
- 1 oz lime
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz Thai basil tea
- 1/4 oz Kaffir lime tea
- Honey to taste
- Lemon peel garnish
- Steep 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves in 6 oz of hot water for 15 minutes.
- Strain and cool.
- Steep 4 Kaffir lime leaves in 6 oz of hot water for 15 minutes.
- Strain and Cool.
- Combine lemon, lime and grapefruit juices.
- Mix the tea and juice together.
- Drink immediately.
